About
Meet Jamie Russo
Where passions for entrepreneurship and human connection meet, you’ll find Jamie Russo—the Founder and CEO of Everything Coworking.
Jamie has been where you are. She started, operated, and successfully sold two coworking businesses, giving her a front-row seat to every triumph and challenge of the industry. She then led the Global Workspace Association as Executive Director, where she worked with operators and landlords across the globe to advance the future of flexible workspace.
Jamie’s unique mix of corporate strategy (an MBA from the University of Chicago, Fortune 500 marketing roles, and COO of a healthcare startup) and entrepreneurial grit allows her to help clients blend financial performance with vibrant community culture.
She believes the coworking industry is more than real estate—it’s about building spaces that empower people to do their best work and live their best lives.
Why she started Everything Coworking
Jamie speaks regularly at industry conferences like GCUC, Worktech, and the GWA/NAIOP Office Evolution Conference. She has also served as President of the League of Extraordinary Coworking Spaces.
When she’s not helping coworking businesses grow, Jamie hosts the longest-running podcast in the coworking industry—the Everything Coworking Podcast. She also cohosts the Flex Uncensored Podcast with Giovanni Palavacini.
